Led the design efforts for AccuWeather’s flagship products, including the AccuWeather app, with a focus on enhancing the user experience, expanding reach, and boosting user engagement.
Served as a lead designer in the process of enriching the suite of paid features (Premium hourly experience, home screen widgets, personalized landing page), resulting in a significant increase in mobile subscription gross revenue from $150K to $1.1M monthly.
Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, product managers, developers, and data analysts, to deliver user-centered design solutions and drive product improvements.
Conducted over 200 user testing sessions and spearheaded in-house user research initiatives for new and existing product features, ensuring that design decisions were data-driven and user-validated.
